Vasthu Plan is a free lifestyle Android app developed by Alpharithm Technologies. It is designed to help users arrange their living spaces in accordance with the ancient Indian science of Vasthu Shastra. Vasthu Shastra aims to create harmony between the five natural elements of earth, water, fire, air, and space, and Earth's magnetic field, to improve the quality of life.
The app offers two ways to use it, the Fixed Compass and the Tracker Compass. The Fixed Compass provides a nine-square grid representing the floor plan of the house, with each outer square assigned a fixed compass direction. Users can select the rooms they want and the app will analyze if their choices are Vasthu compliant. The Tracker Compass, on the other hand, assigns compass directions based on the user's actual bearing, making it convenient to use while physically at the property.
